Don’t know when I have got more feedback from a sermon than I did last Sunday talking about God’s pruning of our lives. No “Great sermon pastor” but rather “This is the struggle, crisis, challenge, or fear I am facing.” We have a loving Heavenly Father who cares for us more than we realise. We have our Lord Jesus Christ who knows our struggles and pain because he took them with him on the cross. We have the Holy Spirit to comfort and strengthen us no matter what we face. We may be hurting but we have a God who is there. Pastor Greg |

The book of Kings records a 383 year power struggle. Though variously interpreted as wisdom literature, a storybook illustration of the principles in Deuteronomy, a legitimisation of the Temple (with a tragic conclusion), or by the 16th century Catholic Church as an obvious denunciation of the Protestant Rebellion, how do we meaningfully interpret stories of Solomon's 700 wives and 300 mistresses, a resurrection 800 years before Christ, and a queen fed to dogs? 'Kings' is a book about ten prophets representing the True Power behind warring thrones.

Hands On Friday Night, 8 July Kicking-off our exciting Hands On July Program with plenty activities for Union Youth! This week, we will repaint a wall of the Youth Lounge, have dinner together, and play fun indoor/outdoor games! Please join us at 5PM in the Youth Lounge (ends at 9PM). Food provided. please! Crèche & Sunday School Lite Our crèche is open throughout the year for babies and children under 3 years old. For children ages 3 to 10 years old, please go directly to the Lower Annex for Sunday School Lite. We will continue with our summer curriculum titled EMOTIONS and this Sunday we will learn about JOY! VBS Sunday School Kingdom Kids invites all children from 3 to 10 years old to our VBS Summer Sunday School titled “EGYPT - Joseph’s Journey from Prison to Palace”. We’ve got fun wrapped up for 5 Sundays in the summer, July 17, 24, 31, Aug 7, 14 and a VBS Recap Sunday on 21 Aug at 9:30AM & 11:00AM. There will be worship, skits, bible story-telling, games, snacks and Egypt culture exploration. Registration is now open, and volunteers from 11 years old and above are needed. Sunday School Teachers Needed Kingdom Kids is looking for committed volunteers who will partner with us in the ministry of teaching our children God's Word. We are looking for lead and substitute teachers and a teaching assistant for the 3-, 4- and 10-year old classes at the 9:30AM service, and for the 3-, 6-, 7-year old classes at the 11:00AM service.
