U Matters
Up to 40% of the population suffers from some form of Internet-based addiction, whether to email, gaming or porn.” So claims Adam Alter in his book, “Irresistible.” (So glad he didn’t mention Facebook.) That is a staggering statistic. Jacklien Lee, our wonderful Children’s Ministry Director, has arranged a showing of “Screenagers” after the 11AM service Sunday. Over 350 have registered to attend. Sign up quickly because we are running out of space.
I wonder if anyone has ever been treated for an addiction to reading the Bible? Or to prayer? Or to sharing one’s faith?
