U MattersIn seminary my preaching professor invited three of the most promising preachers in the area to meet with us. One of those preachers was Dr. Paul Watermulder. That preaching promise was more than fulfilled as Paul ministered in two churches, 31 years at First Presbyterian Burlingame, CA. We have enjoyed having Paul and Genie with us these past few weeks. The staff, leaders and volunteers have all learned from Paul about church leadership. Now we get to hear him preach. It is a joy and honour to welcome my friend Paul to Union’s pulpit. Gratefully

This WeekYoung Adults Lunch on Sunday, 28 January
All Young Adults are invited to join Jess and Anto Ficatier this coming Sunday for lunch. We gather at 12:30PM in the lobby of Sunlight Tower and will go to La Cucina Italiana, in QRE (food not provided this time, orders will be made individually). Contact: Kids Worship Time This is a wonderful opportunity for children to praise and worship God with lively Sunday School songs before they start their Sunday School lessons. We welcome parents who would like to join their children for the first 15 minutes at the start of the church service time for worship in the Fellowship Hall. We would also ask for our church congregants' kind understanding and cooperation to please walk around the area and not through the children as you access to the sanctuary or when visiting the restroom. Thank you for your help in making this Kids Worship Time that much more meaningful to the little members of our church. Prayer Evening, Tuesday, 23 January Please join us for an intimate Prayer Evening on Tuesday, 23 January from 7:30PM-9:00PM at Union Church, 18/F Sunlight Tower.
